Excellent resort in an ideal location. The room was a bit small but the resort made up for that.

Liked: The resort was huge with so many restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The room should have had a made bed.

Horrible experience! nobody wanted to help us get transportation back to the train station. Worst customer service

Disliked: no air conditioninghorrible location (no transfer service from train station to hotel. We had to walk our luggage up a big steep hill in the middle of June. Horrible customer service. We had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, you have to pay for more towels.

Liked: They did not give me an invoice and we want one. The bed was uncomfortable. You had to make the bed yourself. No one asked if they would like the room cleaned. If you needed toilet paper you had to get it yourself and go down to get it. Phone didn't work. Had to ask for an iron and no ironing board. Not even one channel in English. Should I go on??????

Best family resort on cot d'azur!

Liked: Great location and best family hotel in the Riviera.
Disliked: We cant complain. We visit the Riviera every year.
