Back to our 'Home from...

Liked: The Spa (pool & steam room); the bed, THE STAFF - ALL REALLY FRIENDLY & EFFECIENT - especially ELLA on Checking in; AND MATT afterwards, & ON Checking out! AND BEFORE ALL THAT, MR SHAUN THYSSE, Manager, on allocating us one of our two FAVOURITE Rooms!Also, the lady on Reception in the Spa (on Saturday 29th March, and Monday, 31st March) - who is having her third baby in September: EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY and a DELIGHT to deal with! Thank you, ALL, again - from Mrs Bradshaw & myself!
Disliked: The bidet in our said favourite needs to be made operational - attached to its hot and cold water supply - PLEASE!

Liked: Pillows and duvets not very comfortable, more so the towels smelt. Clean but the smell was awful. Actually unusable.
