Pleasant

not sure I would stay...

Liked: Easy to check-in and out, room services was prompt and food was good.
Disliked: Room dusty, celling looks like it has mould on it or its just be patched really badly and the breakfast was really bad, not much on offer.

Disliked: Bedroom was very cold, no heating at all and slept with jackets on for two nights. Electric radiator provided on night 2 but did not feel safe sleeping with plugged in electric radiator. Had to leave sat and couldn't use gym. Very unsatisfactory

Liked: It was just off the main road was large and open with working lifts
Disliked: My room was an absolutely state and I paid for the upgraded club room. It was very unclean. The coffee area was covered in dust and dare I tried to use the coffee machine. The glass above wasn’t any better. Mould on the ceiling in the bedroom near the windows. The bed is far too short my feet were hanging off the end. Crack on the glass on the wardrobe. The bathroom smelt of mould and the shower screen wasn’t properly cleaned. The cracks in the toilet were all dirty. Shower pressure was terrible and only had the over head shower to use which is no good for me
