Great team but bad night...

Liked: Great facilities and vibe
Disliked: So the first room we went in had a broken lamp, no working tv remote, the loo wouldn’t flush and it had damp and black mould above the window area. The staff were brilliant and no fuss moved us to another room which was fine untill bed time it sounded like the pipes and water systems weee having a party and we hardly slept all night! Staff and facilities great but the rooms need work!
