Most enjoyable stay ever

Liked: The Village Hotel is so conveniently located and parking was great It’s a lively and vibrant place with exceptionally attentive staff , Rahat and Erin on front desk were extremely helpful and professional Sam the manager was a person with a great genial disposition And Kate from housekeeping couldn’t do enough So we will definitely be booking again We came for 3 days and ended up extending to 8 nights
Disliked: Property was simply perfect

Disliked: Bit noisy and room woodwork a bit chipped and dated needs refresh. Parking can be a pain

It was a little tired...

Disliked: The tv did not turn off with remote and I could not get to power i put on pc mode then tried qr code but no help and wrong number. I was in my on own so had to find number and eventually reception told me how to do it . I didn’t sleep hardly the manager has offered me 20% refund on the Wednesday night I hope it has been actioned by booking.com .
