Exceptional staff, great customer service,...

Liked: The staff that served us were amazing - each of them were very polite and had great customer service. We would stay here again just because of how bubbly and helpful each of the staff we dealt with were - this included the staff at Starbucks. The bed was really comfortable and the club room a great size. Pool and sauna are a good size .
Disliked: We enjoyed our stay.

It was good for what...

Liked: The Gym was good. Heaps of Parking. The Rooms are large. Plenty of space. Excellent Choices for Meals in the evening.
Disliked: I didnt think the room was clean and I could smell aftershave on the sheets?? We had a Club Room. The Toilet was wall hung but sloped on the Left Side.
