Had a really nice stay; room was lovely; staff were very friendly and welcoming; would definitely return.

Loved this hotel. Loved the bar. Really friendly staff. Loved the Starbucks in the property.

Liked: Clean and quiet. Had a great sleep.
Disliked: Door lock didn’t work on Room 123 so got changed to Room 227,

Liked: Excellent location and always very clean
Disliked: The price could have been slightly cheaper and better 1 night deal offers

Quality room and leisure facilities

Liked: Room was lovely and clean as was bathroom. Great pool and clean changing rooms. Staff very friendly. Breakfast could do with more choice. We had dinner and service was very slow and food cold when it arrived and quite pricey.

Liked: We were very surprised that the pool and gym were not included in the price for the stay . We have never experienced this anywhere else for the same kind of charge .

Liked: We were told it wouldn't be a problem to eat in the restaurant.When we went down for our meal, we were told it would be an hour and a half before we would receive our meal.We couldn't take the risk as we had booked a show.
