Liked: Closeness to the Hydro for the gig we were at.
Disliked: Everything was an extra cost. The car park was an extra £5, breakfast was an extra £10, gym was also an extra. Nothing was included for what was a relatively expensive room. The floor under the bed had rubbish from previous guests and was extremely dusty.

Disliked: Toilet flush not working properly, breakfast not as good as previous stays by far.

Liked: I’ve stayed here before so I know it’s going to be super clean, the staff at reception are friendly too
Disliked: I paid for late check out but TWICE some entered my room without knocking. The worst part was when I went out and told them it’s not okay and I was sleeping they didn’t even say sorry they said they didn’t have me down as a late check out. As a solo female traveller this is not okay!!
