Had a really nice stay; room was lovely; staff were very friendly and welcoming; would definitely return.

Loved this hotel. Loved the bar. Really friendly staff. Loved the Starbucks in the property.

Liked: Clean and quiet. Had a great sleep.
Disliked: Door lock didn’t work on Room 123 so got changed to Room 227,

Disliked: The restaurant wait time for food was almost an hour from ordering and very poor service during the meal. We had pre booked a table.

Just what were looking for

Liked: Very impressed with the overall vibe of this hotel. Great pool, friendly staff and comfy beds. We shall be returning in the future as this hotel has it all without the price tag.

Glasgow stay

Liked: Good location for purpose of trip.
Disliked: Limited gluten free choice in the bar restaurant for a main meal. Breakfast wasn't as good as previous stays.

Brilliant apart from that issue

Liked: I loved the location, parking, restaurant, staff and swimming pool
Disliked: We had a adjoining room and we could hear everything through the door. We were kept awake all night, by the couple in the adjoining room
