Overall ok.

Liked: Modern and smart
Disliked: Noise room had little sleep as may as well have had no glass in the window, heard all the road noise most of the evening. Bed hard too.

Comfortable, but lacking in vegetarian...

Liked: Comfortable room, just enough space for 4
Disliked: Severe lack of vegetarian and vegan options on menu for breakfast and dinner. Not much for kids to do bar swimming

Would definitely look at The...

Liked: We have stayed at the village many times over the years mostly because of its convenience just off the A90 & on a main bus route into the city.
Disliked: The room was extremely hot overnight which made it hard to sleep.
