Great hotel for a stay in Coventry or going to a gig a Warwick Arts Centre; was great to see life back up normal.

Liked: Great location; parking free and plenty of spaces. The hotel was smart; clean hotel; nice staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Loved how friendly the staff were and they got a free Starbucks because one of my children had a birthday! Rooms were lovely and warm and so comfortable!

Liked: Bed super comfy, shower amazing. Room clean, staff lovely. Hotel has sauna, gym and pool. Breakfast amazing

Served its purpose - staff...

Liked: Downstairs was good especially having the Starbucks on site - life saver! Swimming pool was clean and a nice swim. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room was basic, run down and needed a bit of a tidy up as looking grubby, few random hairs found in the bathroom, carpet was marked and stained. Bed was comfortable and bedding clean, pillows lumpy but overall served its purpose. At checkout, was told I would not be charged for the leisure facilities as was meant to be included in my room, however was charged for these.Order from the restaurant, the food was ok but nothing special for the cost.

Brilliant short stay

Liked: No complaints at all, the room was comfortable and they accommodated our request for a quieter hotel area which was much needed with our 3 year old. Food in the bar was great in the evening and at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
