Great hotel for a stay in Coventry or going to a gig a Warwick Arts Centre; was great to see life back up normal.

Liked: Great location; parking free and plenty of spaces. The hotel was smart; clean hotel; nice staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very disappointed, the hotel reception...

Liked: Room was warm enough & the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom, shower flooded the floor. my wife is only 4ft 11ins & so the shower head was not over high & we're both careful when using a shower curtain. Also the bath plughole was full of hairs, mentioned to the young lady onreception & remedied. Overall the lighting in the room was .

Liked: The property it self was okay, the spa facilities were quite good.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, lack of choice.The shower only had body wash and shampoo no conditioner.Shower didn’t look so clean.
