Liked: The room was lovely and the beds were SO comfy. The lady on reception was super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fab great stay

Superb

A really good village hotel...

Liked: Rooms were immaculate and the bed was super comfy, the gym was very good for a hotel gym and the timings it was open was ideal, right next to a supermarket and having the Starbucks downstairs you had everything you needed in one place. Staff were very friendly.

Exceptional

Lovely staff but overpriced

Liked: Staff were amazing friendly and welcoming. Helped us with any requests. Bed was comfy and room temp perfect.
Disliked: Room had just been refitted, but both bedside lamps were hanging off, the shower screen didn't meet the bath which meant a flooded floor, and there were signs of the door being broken down. A two person room could have had more than one chair. I just thought it was poor value for money. I expected better for 347 for 3 nights exclusive of breakfast and extra to use pool. Noisy too as room was over main entrance.
