Liked: Location , friendly staff at restaurants , and accommodating kids Parking £5 is a bargain for 24 hours
Disliked: Charging £1.50 to fill a small bottle of milk for toddler at night Cleanliness of the room - massive tea stains on the main entrance of the room Not hovered properly No plug socket next to the kettle - Got to put it somewhere- worried kids will have access to it and burn Got to stand next to it continuously to make a cuppa No socket next to bed to plug in iPhone 15 pro max cable to charge the phone ( they have the old port )

Disliked: Dropdown outside ought to be moved for accessible person i.e. me.Also, very important plug sockets in rooms ( paramountly accessible rooms) bed should be next to beds.I have a sleeping machine and to warrant having cables everywhere across the room is dangerous as totally impractical. Hindering my enjoyment of stay.Twice this has occurred as this is my second visit to my hometown.Much needed refund or Something.I couldn't take part in my breakfast as being seriously disabled 1. I use a heavy walking aid, impossible to get a plate as hold and serve myself. 2.Noone around to aide me restaurant side.3. I mentioned this to the person on booth reception She shrugged her shoulders.There is no offer of getting a member of staff to help me.So, hence, no breakfast for me and being a diabetic this is another danger I'm not saying I won't use you againBut those above need to be addressed urgently. So I must note dnt just file them, then think persons will be back.Refund as I mentioned above Staff were courteous as could be.RegardsMiss Heather Smith

Good location for Lapland

Liked: Location was good as it was a short drive from tourist attractions.Breakfast was good although could do with putting a jug of milk on the tables or by the coffee machine.
Disliked: Could do with glass in bedroom for a drink of water. I was expecting the kids to be in 2 separate single beds rather than a double. An extra socket on the left of the bed would be handy for charging phone.Some healthy alternatives to the cereal such as porridge would be welcomed.

Deffinately recommend

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms, swimming pool and sauna, gym, restaurant, Starbucks, shops nearby, close to Legoland, a good value for money
Disliked: The restaurant is noisy sometimes. Food is so-so.
