Disliked: Family room were not ready til 40-45 mins after arrival and promised check in Dust everywhere not to the standard , family time at the swimming pool a guest was reading a book, kept giving look with kids making noises in the pool , clearly is not a library made the visit uncomfortable

Disliked: No biscuits in the club room. Which my husband loves, but that wasn't a big deal
