Disappointing

Liked: The staff that welcome those were very very lovely and friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself had a lot of things to offer.
Disliked: When we arrived into our room on first glance we thought it hadn’t been cleaned. The only giveaway that it had been cleaned was the bed was obviously made. There was Crips on the floor. There was dust on the walls in the bathroom at eyelevel mould marks in the shower. I was only given one towel even though there was two of us and the use of the facilities in the pool area was shocking. There were people that was using the facilities for a very long time where other people wanted to use them but was unable as they were hugging everything And no other staff was talking to them to say to give other people a chance it was very disappointing the whole point of us paying that extra was to use the facilities but we were unable the breakfast was mediocre when we arrived we got our breakfast and just before we had a chance all the stuff was moved and kept Away It felt very rushed and we got down for 9 o’clock. The worst part of it was at 4 o’clock in the morning there was a child screaming and crying for over 25 minutes maybe more to the point where my partner was going to go downstairs to inform staff And after that the doors were being banged which woke me up and left me very tired to leave we did not say anything at the time because we just wanted to get home but after thinking about it all I think these things need to be addressed but the cleanliness of the room we have pictures where my partner went and got the Hoover from the cleaning cupboard over the road our room which was left open and he Hoovered the bedroom because the floor was in a very poor state. We do have pictures so overall the staff were lovely, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
