Disliked: This hotel is more for parties, holidays, weddings. If you want to sleep in this hotel, this is not the place for you.It was Friday and many cars came to celebrate in the pub on the ground floor. The music didn't stop until midnight.The bed is old, the pillows are uncomfortable.

Liked: We chose this hotel as it was close to The Black Country Museum and the Dudley Canal and Caverns attraction. It was perfect - within 15 minutes walking distance. It had great parking, that was free during the weekend we were there. Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of choice and the food was hot. There were lots of chain restaurants nearby, as well as a cinema and bowling, so plenty to do in the evenings. It was spotlessly clean, abd the staff were very friendly. Download the app and you get discounts on food and drink, which was great!
Disliked: It was quite noisy with the windows open, from people shouting, but our room was directly above the main entrance so it's probably quieter elsewhere in the hotel.
