Liked: The staff was so freindly and helpfull, Eliot went over and above to make us comfortable. We arrived so early and he arranged early check in plus breakfast for us. I will be there guest any time in San Juan

Liked: Well the frist room was small and they offered us a bigger room me and son love it
Disliked: I need a room very close to the airport of sju and I didn't want to drive walking distance to supermarket and great restaurants

Disliked: The rooms where over priced and the rooms need to be upgraded

Liked: Breakfast was adequate
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the place. Except that I had to climb the stairs to the second floor.

Friendly, clean, basic, affordable place...

Liked: Ideal location that is close to the airport, the beach, and Old San Juan for one night and not to expensive.
Disliked: There was no window in de bedroom, but only a blinds in the door to the balcony which one would keep closed when it’s hot and the AC is on. So there is very little or no natural light. Also the door to the balcony is poorly isolated. The throwaway dishes and utensils is depressingly unecological.

Liked: Staff is great. They communicate well with guests. Very polite. Very clean rooms. Location is good a little noisy at night due to traffic but nothing that a good sleeper couldn’t handle.
Disliked: Breakfast was not as assorted just toast , cheese and waffles. But lots of places to go out and eat.
