Superb

Liked: The old man who works there was so mice and helpful. The room was cleaning and it was so close to everything.
Disliked: The pool wasn't heated.

Liked: Location was relatively close to zocalo, still about 10 minute walk uphill. Very kind staff.
Disliked: Pillows need to be replaced, not comfortable.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: While we were able to effectively adapt to the heat, air conditioning would have been a bonus.
