Liked: packed with personality and a laid-back yet sophisticated vibe
Disliked: I stayed in two different rooms, and both bathrooms were small for the size of the room and the hotel’s category

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: we both loved the breakfast.It is more than continental.It was healthy and delicious .We also ate at the on site restaurant Del Rey , a Spanish style tapas restaurant .Great food ,great ambiance .wonderful experience .The main pool was heated which was a real treat .
Disliked: the day staff was very professional and only answered questions as asked but the evening staff were great at highlighting events in the town.

Great place in Palm Springs...

Liked: Bar/restaurant fantastic as were the staff!Room service great.Paella night was so much fun.
Disliked: Had to ask for house keeping daily and this did not include re stocking of water etc

Better than I expected, and...

Liked: The staff was perhaps the friendliest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool was just so nice and peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked: The bed, pillows and sheets weren't all that comfortable. The sheets were kinda loud (I'm guessing low thread count?), and the curtains didn't fully block out the lights outside my window, so I kept waking up.
