Liked: Nice hotel but in a very very noisy and busy location, don’t be fooled into thinking it’s located down a side street so will be quieter! Single glazed windows let every noise in, got very little sleep, stayed for 3 nights absolutely shattered!

Liked: Very clean, beautiful, spacious room and lovely staff.Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: A bit of form over function: A gap all around the glass only partially frosted toilet door ( call me old fashioned). No place to hang a towel in the shower room ( toilet, shower and sink in separate spaces) The plug sockets for the kettle were under the table with no way to run the cable to them without putting the kettle on the floor.

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful building off one of the main streets in the centre of the city. It has an elegant Spanish feel and interior. We were lucky enough to be offered an amazing room upgrade with a large bedroom, bathroom area and beautiful balcony. The hotel staff were helpful at all times. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the Spa but it looked lovely. I can highly recommend this hotel.
