Liked: Everything was great! Easy access to ice machine, friendly service and adequate breakfast for the price of the rooms. The rooms are huge and they were clean.
Disliked: My refrigerator wasn't working )-:The tub floor could use a little refresh or super deep cleaning.

Liked: Overall excellent value. The place was walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Liked: The location was great...closest hotel to downtown. The room was updated and clean, but overall it felt like a bare bones motel. I chose to pay a bit more in order to be able to walk to downtown.
Disliked: It really didn't have anything special about it...no charm or uniqueness. But like I said, it was comfortable and clean.

Disliked: It’s an older motel and when they remodeled they didn’t pay attention to small details. The mirrors are too low, the shower head is too low. The mattress was very cheap and you can feel the metal inside it.
