Great people but disappointing room

Liked: The staff were excellent - everyone we encountered was super helpful and nice! There is secure, gated parking. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good and there were nice little decorative details there. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini-fridge in the room - this is unusual for Mexico.
Disliked: The room was very small. I'll say it again - the room was very small! We had problems with the TV and internet. The king sized bed is really just two singles pushed together so there is an uncomfortable bump in the middle. Finally, the showerhead had a terrible spray pattern.
