An OK hotel.

Liked: Location is great, and the breakfast is very good with many fresh options. Staff were generally polite.
Disliked: The room was very small, dated, and not 100% clean. The sink in our room was not working properly and therefore unusable at times - we had to get service each day to fix it. As the room was too small to do work, I relied on the lobby area for that. The lobby area is nice, but on some days they ran a conference there, and asked me to leave the area as it was "booked". In my mind, assuming access to lobby area in a hotel is a given, it was more like "double-booked".

Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff....

Liked: Big enough room with double bed and bunk beds. Quiet. Good location. Friendly and kind staff.
Disliked: Bit dated and could do with a refurb. Pillows slightly uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: We liked the central location and the fact it was lovely and quiet at night . It felt very safe
Disliked: The property was under construction so there was a lot of noise in the morning. Our room was quite shabby and not like the photos . There were issues when we arrived about having a private bathroom even though we had booked one. Thankfully the hotel staff were able to sort it out and we got a room with a bathroom

Good value for money

Liked: Great location, staff is really friendly and you can park below the hotel. Nice breakfast
Disliked: Rooms are clean but a bit dated.

Superb

Liked: Room was very nicely decorated, I liked the separate WC, lots of mirrors and it was spacious.
Disliked: The building work starting at 8am in the morning, I understand your are renovating the entire building but not great for my friend who wants a lie in....

Pleasant

Disliked: They are currently renovating which is really necessary. We got one of the old rooms and it was not nice. Location of the hotel is good though. Breakfast was also okay.
