Disliked: The room was far too hot and couldn’t cool it down even with radiator off and window open!! Room 1

Liked: Absolutely lovely staff - could not do enough. The staff are a complete credit to the hotel.Breakfast was brilliant.Location is so close to centre of Bath.Car park is a bonus.
Disliked: The bar had little atmosphere.

Overrated

Disliked: Toilet doesn’t work properly extra £20 for car park which is there own on a one night stay that cost well over £300 is taking the mickey!!!

Liked: The welcome, the decor, the fab vegetarian breakfast. The location is great for access to central bath but nice and quiet in a pretty Georgian street.
Disliked: A relaxing guest lounge would be nice.

Liked: Hotel in ideal position (short walk to Bath centre) lovely building with lots of character and spotlessly clean,Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It was just a shame that we stayed on one of the nights that they don’t do food (staff recommended local restaurants)

Ideal central Bath hotel with...

Liked: Beautiful house situated a few minutes walk from Pulteney bridge. Staff were so accommodating to us when we arrived early. We actually changed the booking to a 2 night stay fairly late, and they managed to get us in the same rate room for both nights. The room was gorgeous, and it actually had a plug socket by the mirror and dressing table. I usually have to stretch across the room to put my make-up on in front of the mirror.Breakfast was lovely. Plenty on offer and the full English breakfast was plentiful. Car parking is available at a £20 daily rate, but on a first come basis.Ideal place to stay if you want a central hotel, with parking.
Disliked: Unfortunately, due to going to Bath in the middle of a storm, the shutters in our bedroom were flapping because of the small draft coming from the windows. We were on the ground floor facing the road so people could see in. Maybe that room could possibly do with curtains???
