Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire place perfectly captured the luxurious townhouse feel you want in Bath. The staff were extremely friendly and keen to help, and the breakfast was very high quality.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Everything was fantastic the team members were amazing, only thing that didn't match the rest of the experience was we assumed that perhaps some of the housekeeping team were new as our bed wasn't made from day 1 with base sheet loosely thrown on so mattress exposed which we didn't much care about but when we returned the second day room had been made up but again duvet had just been thrown on top of unmade bed also cups weren't washed and had residue in from previous guests. We opted to have breakfast in our room one morning and in hindsight not the best decision as all was lovely but cooked items were actually very cold not even slightly warm so wouldn't opt for in room breakfast next time. These little issues didn't spoil our stay though and had an amazing time and will return.

Liked: The wonderfully, warm welcome. So very much appreciated being upgraded, it was a special treat for my birthday. The breakfast was superb, and beautifully presented, and served in a lovely room overlooking the garden.The staff were wonderful, always smiling, and helpful, must especially mention Kim, so kind, and very charming. Also our best wishes to a very new staff member, I think his name was Camille, he will be a great asset to this wonderful hotel.

Liked: This is a hidden gem and it is the staff that make it such a fantastic experience. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is great too! From the minute you enter the hotel everyone treats you with kindness and hospitality. Great attention to detail and as the guest you were made to feel special. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect for sightseeing whilst being in a quieter neighborhood.
