Liked: Francois is one of the best concierge that I have met in my travels by now; and overall the staff was very friendly, with a lot of attention to details. The city-view room was absolutely breathtaking at sunrise.
Disliked: The only inconvenient was a bad, low quality massage. Very bad value for money unfortunately.
