This hotel is absolutely wonderful...

Liked: We liked the view of the water from the room and patio. The room was clean and comfortable, lots of storage space in the closet if you need it and including a mini bar and coffee machine. The service was absolutely fantastic and reception was very friendly and helpful! We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay, and would stay here again if we are in the area again!

Liked: Within easy walking of city and attractions.Good quality breakfast food.Fairly quiet location by river.Very clean throughout including room.Very high quality bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers.
Disliked: Construction work around it with occasional workers noise.No kettle or tea making facilities in room.No safe in room.Thin walls & can hear other guests (but as not too busy, this wasn't often.)No toaster at breakfast & food could have been kept warmer at self service counter.

Exceptional Stay

Liked: This stay was a gift from us, for my parents Wedding Anniversary. They loved it!! They stayed in the superior room, with a balcony, and a water view.It was a big room with a coffee maker, and a mini bar.They said it was a very quiet room, so they slept very good!The receptionist Kevin, was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! He took care of all my parents needs!!He even went out of his way to buy an Anniversary card to put in their room, and he wrote a message I sent to him.I spoke to him on the phone, and he helped me so much, and put my mind at ease.It was a great experience!!
