Liked: Windows covers are noisy when it is windy, bathroom fan is noisy, there is a smell of air not ventilated in the building, water heating in the room is noisy with water drops

Liked: The location was decent, and we had a slight view of the beach from our balcony. For two nights, there was plenty of room for four people. Staff was helpful and kind. Enjoyed being between the Airport and Old Nice. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance which was great. For young travelers on a budget, this place was a great find.
Disliked: Walls were very thin, so could hear when other guests woke up and left in the morning. Older facility, so older accomodations. Bathroom did have a weird sort of smell but nothing unbearable. Tiny bathroom, but still plenty of room to get everything done.

Liked: Location was excellent and close to most things including metro, stores and restaurant's.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the staff were excellent and accommodating after that it went downhill. The hotel is rundown, the bed's need replacing. Overall, the hotel could use some updating, but you get what you pay for.
