Disliked: Half of the building was set on hot ventilation while the half was cool. We had to move rooms. We were in the warm room and had to keep the windows open. However, the noise outside kept us awake. The was a party or something downstairs and garbage collection early in the morning. After we moved, we could close the windows , turn on the air, and sleep!

Liked: Property is a small boutique hotel… good location, accommodation was good… otherwise really no reasonable restaurant….People working g there were very responsible and accommodating.

Liked: The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and location perfect.
Disliked: Only thing that was a little disappointing was the walk in shower, it is finished like polished concrete. Looks great but needed some cleaning or repair works. It was the only thing that was not great.

Liked: Really lovely hotel, I had an emergency and I needed to stay in Toulouse. I was upgraded which was a wonderful surprise! A very comfortable room fabulous shower, comfortable bed and nice attentions. I look forward to coming back on another stay.

Disliked: Noisy room over front door, poor night's sleep..early hours revellers and bin men.Duvet too narrow for the bed for a coupleSmell of drains in the wardrobes.Rooms much smaller than expected, but adequate.
