Amazing Hotel in Teques

Liked: I liked the readiness and cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were wonderful, helpful and always a available
Disliked: The calcium precipitates from the water can be removed better.

Liked: Rooms were comfortable,in a nice and quiet location
Disliked: They allow kids to be jumping and playing in the jacuzzi pool,not able tu use it for that reason.

Liked: The location is amazing.. right at the lake.. the property has over 22 beautiful orange Iguanas .. just magnificentStaff extremely friendly. Definitely recommended.
Disliked: Everything was good.

Very good

Liked: I liked the fact they're ready with the on-line reservation.Everything was in order.The service of the staff was very warm and cozy.
Disliked: Of those 2 nights we stayed, during the day our room wasn't cleaned.The frigobar had a very elevated cost.There wasn't an ice machine nearby.The soap they provide is awful.
