Liked: Very good and easy to move around and maneuver for our son who is visually impaired.
Disliked: Very peaceful, beautiful and delicious food.

Liked: The property is beautiful. Very small and intimate. Rooms are just a few steps to pool and quaint restaurant. Loved the shower and eligant rustic decor.
Disliked: It does have traffic noise but it does down at night. Was not an issue for us.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you're ever looking to stay near Ajijic.

Liked: Food was delicious, cocktails were perfect, hotel grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was unbelievably friendly. Everything was SO well priced (especially the Swedish massages, which were also incredible!) Most of the staff spoke English, or otherwise were very patient with our use of a translation app. Owner was also super nice and gracious.
Disliked: The only issue is that it's a little hard to get around there if you don't rent a car! There's no Uber service, and no central cab service, and the city center is a little bit too far to walk. Luckily the hotel had the business card of a cab driver that basically personally drove us around the whole time, but we felt a little bad bugging him constantly. Also, Booking.com said there was a hotel shuttle, which there was not!
