Exceptional

Liked: The location is very convenient! There is a grocery store, station, and restaurants and cafes nearby!The room is just enough size for 2 of us, and the bed is super comfortable and had a nice sleep!
Disliked: As you know this is old building, the walls and floors are pretty thin. You can hear some noise from trains, but not that loud.

My third stay and will...

Liked: Great location, pricing, clean, comfortable, and staff is very responsive.
Disliked: Lighting in the room is a bit dark.

Only if the location is...

Liked: Convenient location to get to oregon university, nothing more. There is a big supermarket in walking distance, that is a plus
Disliked: Arrived around 11pm and the reception was closed. Had to call a cell for them to come out and fetch me but i am not from the US. Luckily my uber driver was nice enough to help out. Heater was super loud but necessary as it was quite cold.
