Seats in nightclub

Liked: Love the Viking. On this occasion the entertainment was not great for the first few nights. Couple of good singers. All improved when Buddy appeared.Seats in nightclub not comfortable when sitting for a long periods and on this occasion not allocated which caused a few uncomfortable confrontations when people said they "always sit in these seats" and one night said they had been allocated the seats we were sitting in.

Disliked: The limited lift access and amount of stairs. The hotel is not recommended for persons with limited mobility

Good food , good company...

Liked: Food was great ,staff were friendly and helpful. We had an all inclusive stay and met friends we hadn't seen for a while and had a fabulous weekend. Entertainment was great also.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the actual room it was a bit dated but clean.

Liked: Really enjoyed our stay, food good staff brilliant only downside was pillows to hard and we had crikey floor boards in are room and most of them around use did.

Liked: Dinner is good rooms were a bit out of order due to me telling you we had a blind person with us an the room u gave us had steps up to it which was no good then u charged us £24.00 pound for an extra room with no stairs which was great but we gave u a full room back an got no refund which wasn't very good an breakfast was good too don't think we will be coming back due to the room situation
Disliked: Rooms an a refund or no charge for the extra room
