I love this hotel and...

Liked: The view from my room was a fantastic surprise when I returned to this hotel, having travelled around New Zealand for a couple of weeks. Thr breakfast was exceptional, and the view from the breakfast dining area was such a joy each morning.
Disliked: No net curtains at the windows, so I had to get dressed with the curtains closed

Liked: The reception staff were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the view from the breakfast dining area of the bridge and the city were such a joy in the morning. The location was perfect and a lovely walk over Sydney Harbour Bridge to get to and from the city.I actually stayed here when I first arrived in Sydney for 4 nights and then returned for another night after having travelled through New Zealand in between. Upon arrival the 2nd time, I was thrilled to be told my room had been upgraded to a room overlooking the bridge, which was the perfect end to a perfect trip!
Disliked: The noise from the next room (on my 2nd visit). There was a connecting door that was locked, but it allowed all the noise and conversation to transfer through to my room.

Good value for money.

Liked: Very close to train station. Wonderful staff. Very comfortable room with great view of Sydney Harbour.

Liked: Location is amazing. Great view of the harbour view. Location is easily accessible via public transport. It was a gift to my Mrs for her bday so the hotel staff wrote a nice card and gave us complimentary wine as well. Really thoughtful of them.
Disliked: I put the tag outside the door to tidy up the room twice but nobody came and cleaned the room.
