Liked: The beds were amazingly comfortable! The rooms were spacious! Had everything we needed for a short stay. The pool and spa area was great to unwind. Everything about the hotel was great! And it was in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and stylish room. Well maintained building and facilities. Excellent quality meal at restaurant. Loved short ride to the airport (one-way taxi ride approximately AUD40 - 45) . Lovely staff.
Disliked: Two things could be improved: given the pricey room rates, there should be complimentary welcome water in the rooms. And given that not all people come in the same height, the unusually tall kids' gate lock for access to the pool should be accessible to people shorter than 5'2.

Passable for the cheap price

Liked: The location was good. Only a 20 or so minute walk to the super market. Slightly outside the main city of Brisbane but we found it ok. 1 hour walk to the CBD area. Good price for a budget hotel.
Disliked: Hotel had a musky smell which continued to the bedroom. Room is not cleaned during stay (although they do make the bed). They use a deposit system, which is outdated for 2024, so when budgeting factor in that you won’t have access to a considerable amount of your money, we were not warned about this before hand. The internet they offer is an unsecured network, so for security reasons no online banking can be done. Shower head is clocked and water sprays everywhere.
