Liked: Great suite, clean, comfortable and a fabulous view of the river. Economical parking and easy access to the lovely river walk. A great weekend stay which I will consider again for the future.
Disliked: Felt the pool are could have been better maintained, but it rained heavily so maybe that was the issue.

Liked: Our stay has been pleasant and the staff was very accommodating with letting us check in exceptionally early for an additional fee.Our only complaints are that there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided as amenities. Also, we wished that the kitchen/room service would be open later at night. Other than that, I'd recommend staying here.

Could Be Improved — Unpleasant...

Liked: Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest well. The air-conditioning was also hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature.What disappointed me the most was that breakfast was not included, and when I called to enquire, the staff didn’t clearly inform me of the price. During check-out, I was told breakfast would be charged at $45, but after the deposit refund, I noticed $70 was deducted from my bank account, which was very disappointing and confusing.Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Enjoyable stay in the junior...

Liked: Dated but cool - loved the artwork and wallpaper in the halls. Our bathroom was awesome!Bed was comfy, the room service waiter was so nice and the staff at reception were all very welcoming.

Magnificent view and awesome staff

Liked: The view from the room was stunning. A huge bed that was very comfortable and plenty of room to move around. A lovely table and chairs near the windows so that you could sit and soak up the view. A large bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful
