Liked: The Hotel was pretty excellent. Great rooms and great amenities. The beds were super comfy and the location was great. It was easy to walk to most destinations and walking distance to street car and train. The pool was a plus for our kids as we used it one afternoon. The cafe they have was probably one of our highlights as it served great food and late night drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also lovely with options for all. The rooms were a bit small for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) but they were clean and the black out drapes helped everyone rest.

Bad service . The room...

Liked: Nothing ,I liked the service of the porter Mr. Hassan only and the technician who fixed our air conditioner was very professional and helpful . Moreover , polite
Disliked: The service is poor . the place is dirty not clean. The dust everywhere. The pictures are not similar to the real room we have waited more than 1 hour to get our room. The AC thermostat was damaged and they provide us with room . We asked for twin bed and we get king bed which was not convenient for us.
