Liked: - perfect location to explore Dresden, right next to Frauenkirche- spacious and luxurious room and bathroom- free mini bar items- modern feel- very comfortable beds
Disliked: - everything was really nice

Liked: The location right on the old town square was fantastic, the markets were right there, easy to walk everywhere, the tram was close the chopping centre well located, and many wonderful historic sites located so close buy, the rooftop bar offered a lovely view of the churches at night.

Liked: The location was just perfect, exactly on the main square, but still quiet. The hotel didn't have its own parking lot, but local QPark had a separate entrance directly to the hotel elevator and stairs, which was extremely comfortable.The room was quite spacious, light and very quiet, neat and tidy.
Disliked: I find it odd, that there is no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, no coffee machine or kettle. If you want tea you should purchase access separately for the lounge area.Breakfast was fine, except for the sweet stuff we ordered from the menu, the pancakes seemed to be a couple of days old.

Liked: Large modern room. It is very convenient to the Christmas markets right out the front door and many historical buildings and sites. The staff was incredible and met our every need with grace and concern. The blackout curtains were welcomed, and the hot, powerful shower and comfortable bed was needed to help us get back to full health. BEST bed of our trip so far. It was a very quiet location at night.
Disliked: Towel bar not functional. Some lights were out. Lack of internet capabilities on TV. We wish there had been USB charging capabilities in the room. And coffee in the room.

Disliked: The hotel is NOT a five star hotel. I was in room 604. It has stains on sofa and curtains, crumbs in the chest od drawers, definetely not clean enough.

Liked: The location and the breakfast were both good. There was a Christmas Market right out front. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We weren’t able to get the temperature just right in our room. Also, I prefer a more private bathroom. The bathroom had glass doors with holes, and the doors didn’t close all the way or lock.
