Liked: Large modern room. It is very convenient to the Christmas markets right out the front door and many historical buildings and sites. The staff was incredible and met our every need with grace and concern. The blackout curtains were welcomed, and the hot, powerful shower and comfortable bed was needed to help us get back to full health. BEST bed of our trip so far. It was a very quiet location at night.
Disliked: Towel bar not functional. Some lights were out. Lack of internet capabilities on TV. We wish there had been USB charging capabilities in the room. And coffee in the room.

Disliked: The hotel is NOT a five star hotel. I was in room 604. It has stains on sofa and curtains, crumbs in the chest od drawers, definetely not clean enough.

Liked: The location and the breakfast were both good. There was a Christmas Market right out front. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We weren’t able to get the temperature just right in our room. Also, I prefer a more private bathroom. The bathroom had glass doors with holes, and the doors didn’t close all the way or lock.

Wonderful stay in downtown Dresden.

Liked: - Location is one of the best in the city- Shower is high pressured- Minibar stocked once - Spacious- Staff was wonderful- WiFi was great- Mattress very comfortable
Disliked: - Hot rooms, needed to leave windows open the whole time (that cooled it down enough)- No smart TV- Flat pillows

Disliked: Spacious room, modern decor. Rooms quick to reach with fast elevator.
