Regret booking this hotel

Liked: Location was great and in the center
Disliked: The air conditioning was non existent, I had a suite had no minibar and was given a portable refrigerator on my asking . The room was freezing at night with no heating and was given a portable heater on my asking . The duvet provided was for a 10 year old child and the hotel regretted having any larger ones. The wake up time of 2:15 am at the reception was activated at 2 45 some 30 minutes late
