Liked: Nice and clean rooms.Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: I am a great fan of coffee in bed, so just a small electric water kettle and some Jacob’s powder coffee or tea would have been great. But that’s my personal preference, some offer it, some don’t.

Disliked: I booked an "apartment" room specifically because the photos promised a separate bathroom with a bathtub/shower—something that the standard Comfort and Comfort Plus rooms don’t offer. However, when we arrived, we discovered that our room did not have a private bathroom at all. Instead, it featured only a regular shower with a transparent door, exactly like the standard rooms.We immediately went to the reception, and although they tried to help by assigning us another room, we encountered the same issue. The administrator eventually explained that it was a service error due to misleading photos on the listing. We even paid extra twice, solely for the promise of a private bathroom that simply wasn’t there.I wouldn’t recommend staying here if a private bathroom is important to you.

Liked: There is nothing to like about this place.
Disliked: Poor customer service. We were there during BAU so they made sure to charge us as much as they could. I paid 200 euros a night for a room that was comparable to a 2 star hotel. The carpet was dirty, kitchen counter was stained. The desk which as attached to the room was detaching, and the inside of the fridge was simply filthy. I asked for some extra coffee pods and I was told I could only get those every three days. The woman at the reception seemed to be annoyed at every request a guest had. They have a small shop on site and will charge 3 euros for a kitkat. When I asked the reception for an ironing board and an iron I was told I had to use the communal laundry room. So after a log day at the show I will have to collect my clothes and go somewhere to iron.

Disliked: When ordering through booking.com, you can choose whether you want two separate beds or one big bed in a double room. But the hotel doesn't allow this choice for some reason. They inform you about it in an email after the order has been placed and paid, but still - this is not cool at all. I was in a room with my partner, so we didn't mind - but many of our colleagues had to share a bed because there was no possibility to assign the beds in a desired way. Also, the shower is not located in a bathroom. It is separated from the room only by transparent glass. Definitely not a good choice for people who just want to share a room, while not being involved in a romantic relation.Apart from that, everything is fine.
