Do Not Recommend, not worth...

Liked: Location was nice, close to the railway station and a walkable distance from the city centre.The interior design was stylish, although the lighting was not enough.There was many different sitting options inside the room.There was a kettle in the room, but no tea station so we had purchase our own teabags and sugar. Same with the toothbrushes and paste, but we had brought our own so that wasn't an issue for us personally.The staff were generally friendly, although at their worst they could be quite apathetic, and since we ended up having too many negative experiences with this place, sadly the second rang more true for us.
Disliked: Unfortunately we ran into too many problems from the first day until the last. Despite us arriving two hours after the check in time, the fridge was not working, the safe was nonfunctional, and there were leftover bottles in the fridge as well as a dried food particle on the TV remote. The tissue box and the shower bottle ran out just after a couple of uses, the hygiene bag dispenser was empty and remained so. We also ran into big problems with the showers. There was no hot water in the evening and the water would not drain and would leak into the bathroom. Pillows were like sausages–very thin and strangely shaped making them very uncomfortable. The receptionists changed often and didn't seem to follow up with each other, so when we would approach them with our unresolved issues they would be uninformed. They also failed to offer good support to the problems, for example, the fridge remained unfixed for the duration of our stay, making the food we had with us go bad on the second day. Also, the reception staff are not present after 10pm, so be aware of this upon your arrival and check with them on how to access the building in this situation.Breakfast food was okay, but the kitchen was directly connected to the main area, and the noise from the staff was loud to the point of being disrespectful. Also, since the hotel is very small, the staff had to wait for the guest time to end before they could eat themselves, which resulted in them constantly coming to check if we were done (we never outstayed beyond the breakfast hours). They thought they were being discreet but it was extremely unpleasant.By the end of our stay we were sick of complaining about everything and disappointed with the lack of response and care. It was very obvious that the management of the hotel was lacking in the very basic principles of what makes for good hospitality. Price did not match the quality. We left this place feeling helpless, irritated and cheated.

Excellent stay close to city...

Liked: Big room, modern practical design, comfortable beds. fast access to the old town, 10 min walk.Very nice and helpful staff
Disliked: The quality of the materials in the room have suffered some ageing already. Still fine, but not perfect anymore.The parking is not directly at the hotel, but the bus station terminal parking is very close and costs only 5€ per 24h.

Comfy one night transit stay...

Liked: Excellent location, walking from railway station and one km walk into city center. Nice, well decorated new rooms, very good breakfast.
Disliked: Silly fuss about taking one extra coffee - during breakfast hours, because I had already had breakfast early. First asked to pay, but then waived it when I objected - just a bit of unpleasantness.
