Liked: Excellent location. 3 mins access from main train station. 5 mins walk to historic area.
Disliked: Excellent breakfast menu but group tourists occupied the restaurant and cannot take breakfast comfortably.

Liked: I stay there everytime I am in Krakow. And weill continue to do so. Cant really ask for more. Locatiin, garage, breakfast , etc. STAFF THERE IS TOP NOTCH. Makes huge difference.

Liked: Everything was very well thought out, the room was immaculate and exactly as described. The breakfast choice was great, staff were helpful, advising us where needed, and preparing us a takeaway option when we were setting off on an excursion before breakfast started. The hotel has put in so much effort to being environmentally conscious. It’s not something I always notice when I stay in hotels, but the work that has been put into this was clear and effective. They are perfectly located for one of the pick-up points for excursions, the train station and finding something to eat/drink in the old town. I am already looking to re-book for my parents’ upcoming visit.
