Great staff and rooms. No...

Liked: The space was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and patient.
Disliked: I had to change rooms three times because the AC just didn't work in any of the rooms. Credit to the staff as they immediately would look up and offer me a different room, but it didn't help because the AC didn't cool at all. Rooms were hotter than the hallway. Was probably because the central system hasn't been turned on due to energy saving but it was sad.

Berlin nice to visit but...

Liked: Tram stop to Berlin center was opposite. Good parking but expensive
Disliked: Check in was very slow. Shower tube was broken. TV remote was not working, i reported this to the cleaners and front desk, nothing was done. I asked for bottled water on 3 different occasions nothing was done. Restaurant in the bar had no curry wurst what was going on this is Berlin no currywurst hopeless.

Fantastic and Awesome stay.

Liked: Fantastic room. Super clean and big beds. Ver comfortable beds and top notch breakfast.I will definitely stay here.

Liked: The bedroom was great. Spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. Spa was an added bonus. Didn't try the breakfast but there were apples available and the bar staff and area were great.Easy access from the airport and into the centre. S Bahn and Strassenbahn on our doorstep.
Disliked: Some problems were had with the water temperature. Some friends had water that was way too hot or variable in heat.
