Liked: Staff very friendly and always happy yo help. On arrival i was informed of a free upgrade - wow - i thought. On entering the room it was extremely clean and asthetics great but in all honesty the size was probably smaller than i was expecting in the first place, given the cost. I was on the third floor at the front of the building. I could hear the buskers very loudly and was concerned if these were going to go on all night. I was informed they couldn’t guarantee what time they would finish. Staff where more than obliging and offered to show me a room on the 5th floor. Eagerly entered and oh my gosh the size was ridiculous, not enough room to swing a cat - you stepped in the door and immediately behind it is a double bed which is right up against the door. Other side is the door to the bathroom - i’d say two steps from the bed and you’re inside the bathroom. I politely declined and preyed the music would stop early (which it did). This got me thinking, would that have been my room for the cost i’d paid? I paid for breakfast. Honestly don’t waste your money. Not worth it at all. Very very minimal- certainly for a hotel with the rating it has on here - i would expect that in a 2 star. The pictures make you think it’s lot larger than it is. Would i stay again, probably not. Overall staff were lovely

Liked: Great location, walking distance to most places, Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Street etc. Close to Leicester Square Underground station.Helpful staff. Spacious room. Would stay again.

Stay Away from this hotel

Liked: Do NOT book this hotel,they have high level health concerning issues. Pictures do NOT reflect what they actually offer. I booked through Booking.com as I was traveling with daughter to multiple countries and I almost vomit when opened room door. I had to cancel and booked another hotel. Took the Front Desk Manager Sofia HS to my room and she was able to confirm the room smelled horrible and was unable to stay there. Halls had stains that looked like vomit and guest rooms are as tiny as a bathroom. My daughter’s room bathroom was a very small and dirty squared area where you could tell no one had cleaned in weeks. I submitted a claim to get refunded and neither hotel nor Booking.com have been able to offer an answer, according to Hotel messages they are still awaiting for HQ to reply, no wonder hotel is so poorly managed. I am a super frequent traveler and a Hotelier myself, also a Super Host in Airbnb so I know what I am talking about and this is NOT how you run Operations in Hospitality. Stay AWAY from this hotel if you want stay healthy and live a pleasant experience. Also,while location is good the noise inside will not let you sleep as there is no sound proof system in place. I was hesitant to post this message as I respect businesses but given the unresolved and unresponsive situation I rather share with other travelers not to book this hotel.
