Liked: Very confortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast,

Pleasant

Liked: Beautiful hotel in an old fashioned sense. Bed the most comfortable I've slept in. Large room.
Disliked: Road noise dreadful. The dining staff were offhand to the point of rudeness at dinner. No eggs available at breakfast!

A good stay all in...

Liked: The staff at reception were helpful and friendly.The room was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: One of the waiters in the restaurant was a bit abrupt.The room was hot and the duvet on the bed should have been lighter.

Parking wasn't clearly explained!

Liked: The general aspect of the hotel
Disliked: I have been told by one employee at my arrival that I wouldn't have to pay for the parking buy I actually had to pay because I was apparently parked at the Casino parking, which wasn't obvious at all when I arrived! I clearly mentioned to that employee that I was parked there buy she definitely said I would stay there at that the barrier would open automatically when I would be leaving without asking me to pay... so I lost a lot of time at my departure to go to pay to the casino...! I think it's not clear enough
