Heritage building clean, close to...

Liked: room was as expected clean, small, quiet, convenient location, warm (it was <10 outside), coffee maker with coffee, kettle, microwave, big towel, hand towel and face cloth, (all new & fluffy). Appreciated daily housekeeping
Disliked: Don't watch TV, yet it took up a lot of space on the desk.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was fantastic the location is perfect and the private balcony was amazing staff is attentive and available 24 hours a day and really want the extra mile to accommodate I would recommend them to anyone

Great place downtown Toronto

Liked: My second visit here; great location and building for the price. I had a third floor room this time and it was quite spacious with a full bathtub instead of just a shower, but I think due to the nature of the building all rooms are different (I was on the first floor before and it was much smaller, but still pleasant).Despite it being downtown Toronto, the location is actually quite quiet and peaceful as it’s on a residential side street off of Church St. Very close to Wellesley subway station.
Disliked: Lots of stairs with no elevator, but they do mention this on the listing. Thankfully it was no issue for me (it was just tiring after a night out lol), but I can see this being a dealbreaker for many people.
