Extremely unacceptable

Liked: Aside the fact that the place is under renovation/construction , the room offered to us was not satisfactory. The tv did not have a remote control, which didn't matter because it wouldn't come on either way.
Disliked: To begin with, we had to wake the attendant up by knocking on his door after waiting for over 20 minutes. When we informed the attendant of the issues we had with the room , he was not at all helpful and denied to accommodate us with a alternate room. Horrible experience, horrible service

We probably won’t ever stay...

Liked: It was a place to sleep on our way to our destination. Not much else.
Disliked: The neighbor was noisy, people outside were talking loudly. The toilet seat had been peed on and we had to clean it before we could use it. The location was too far from where we wanted to see the entertainment that we came to town for.

Bad

Disliked: The ac didn't work, the towels were so old and smelled like cooking oil. The bathroom had NOT been swept or mopped.

It was ok but I...

Liked: The staff was great and the rooms were modern and spacious
Disliked: There were people not staying at the hotel walking back and forth beside the rooms looked like drug addicts. It was very uncomfortable to go out of my room and smoke, and I was uneasy about my car being left alone. The toilet was dirty I had to clean dried urine off the seat which made me wonder how clean everything else was.
