I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Very courteous and helpful.

Liked: Size of room. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Can’t complain as there was nothing wrong.

Good hotel, not so good...

Liked: Modernised, boutique style, had a freshly renovated feel. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Lift a bonus and staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Location, very close to homeless shelters and also on many of the streets around are a large number of homeless sleepers and people with drug issues. This makes the area less attractive as we didn’t want to walk around at night and were also weary during the day, where to walk (One waitress said keep away from East Hastings St). I now know homelessness is a huge problem in Vancouver, and it’s not the hotels fault but it does impact on the experience of staying at the hotel & the city, which is why I gave the score ratings.

Great place for exploring the...

Liked: Great location near the Gastown neighborhood, but off to one side....so it was easy to avoid the "bad" area of town. Staff were all friendly, and the satellite parking was really quite convenient and felt very safe. It was a great home base for exploring Vancouver. Loved the triple shower heads in the bathroom. Disappointed to go home to my regular shower.

Liked: The quality of the facilities and style of the hotel. Staff were so helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Entry requires using stairs to get to reception.
