Chose somewhere close to Anson Rooms. Would most definitely stay again when next in Bristol. One of the friendliest hotels we've stayed in. Lovely room.

Liked: Friendly staff. Good, clean room.

Disliked: Room poorly furnished and draughty. Not up to usual standard of Best Western. Not good value for money.

Disliked: Breakfast was ordered the previous night for 09.10am, we sat down at 09.05 approximately and eventually got served at 09.50am, we were not informed there would be a delay and to top that, the breakfast was only just about warm!! For something that was supposed to be freshly cooked, it seemed that it was laying on the pass for a long time.

Liked: Charming old hotel with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay in the Clifton area of Bristol. I can’t vouch for the breakfast as we went out but the menu looked good and the dining room was nice.
Disliked: The car park is small and not easy to manoeuvre in but that can’t be helped with an old property.
