Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown Victoria, and waterfront. The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable with an amazing view of the inner harbour. Underground parking is included.
Disliked: A little pricey, but it's Victoria.

Beautiful room and view but...

Liked: The room/suite itself was beautiful and clean, but ruined by a terrible night sleep.
Disliked: The beds were the worst we have ever slept on. All four adults of our booking complained the next morning how awful we slept. In addition, the pillows were all massive hard sausages that we couldn’t use under our heads - and the time we did try to use them created neck kinks that lasted the next day (I am not exaggerating). I ended up grabbing a sofa cushion and wrapping it with the complimentary robe to sleep.
