Good option, cozy and quiet.

Liked: Simple hotel, well cozy, spacious rooms, comfortable with the amenities necessary for a good stay. I felt comfortable. Billy was very kind and attentive at the reception, gave tips from nearby places to eat. It is not close to the beach, but it is in a very quiet area. Parking was on the street, free. I also thank you for facilitating the early check-in..I hope to come back again.
Disliked: Nothing to report.

Disliked: Depending on what you want to do and if you have a car, the location can be a bit far from the downtown area to walk.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. The rooms were super clean and the price for the area was great. Staff super friendly.

Liked: We didn't really get to use the facilites. It was just an overnight stay but It was ok overall. Good sized room 2 beds. Free on street parking. Stayed there overnight and left in the morning.
Disliked: The pillows. They were high, hard as a rock and 4 of the same exact ones per bed. Most hotels try to at least have a few different ones because not everyone sleeps in the same position and likes a high firm pillow. Or if you must have the same pillows at least pick something more neutral and universal. This is important for sleeping which is sort of the main point of the hotel.Bedside tables if I can call them that they are just small wooden boards inserted in between some planks mounted on a wall but not secured in any way. Touch them and they fall on the floor with your $2k phone that is charging there. I mean these are usually used for phones and other electronics. They don't have to be expensive or even look nice but they must be sturdy and secure so you can safely leave your devices overnight.

Disliked: Our beds were amazing, but the first set of beds were terrible. Thank you Billy for moving our room:)

Disappointing

Disliked: very basic; no amenities; run down;

place was ok. nothing fancy.

Liked: Price was good. Had washer and dryer that we needed.
Disliked: The place is warm down. Place is ok. Bed were squeaky and they sag.
