Pleasant

Liked: Near Bingemans for Octoberest and some restaurants. Clean and simple room. Comfortable enough.
Disliked: There was loud knocking outside my door at one point in night. No idea what that was.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room we were first given was not clean. There were fruit flies everywhere.We asked for a refund. Once we got it, we needed a place and since it was a long weekend we weren’t able to find anything else.We went back and asked to see another room. It was cleaner so we decided to rent the room for the night.Gentleman was very helpful. (Afternoon Oct 12)

Disliked: Power went out for 15 min and some sketchy but respectful people around at times. Understandable as the facility is community-service focused and providing some housing for homeless as a help to the city and community. They are doing a great service for us all yet it negatively affects their business.That's community-service and should be applauded not criticized for perceived lacklustre rooms.

Disliked: The place was a Dive Prostitute Druggie infested place.You walk in and it just Wreaked of Cigarette Smoke Bed sheets stained and bed was like 50 years old I bet the covers had Cigarette Burn holesThe place should be condemned have no clue.why u guys have this hotel on your site We walked in and walked out went some where else

Disliked: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! this place should be burned to the ground. stains on sheets, rooms smelled like smoke, cigarette wholes in comforters, the list goes on .... no refund provided.. should have looked at review before donating to charity. not sure how this place is still allowed to operate.
