Very good

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortableLarge windows, lots of light
Disliked: There was construction across the street but that couldn't be helped.It was difficult to open the curtains behind the furniture

Comfortable, friendly stay

Liked: All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.
Disliked: I wish we didn't have to rely on valet for parking (though they were all very courteous, helpful and prompt). I just would've preferred a bit more independence in accessing our car.

Disliked: N/A

Liked: The property was nice the staff really was the detractor here.
Disliked: I DO NOT LIKE that your service makes it difficult for me to have my reward points added to my loyalty account!
