All in all it was...

Liked: We liked having a balcony off the pool and a room so close to an outdoor entrance. We also liked that our room had been recently renovated and had a large walk in shower.
Disliked: The hot tub jets were out of order, no bath tub in our room and our room was a little dirty (thick dust on the vents in the bathroom and when an arm chair near the bed was moved there appeared to be crumbs underneath. Our beds were very damp (like the bedding had been pulled out of the dryer way too soon)

Liked: Staff were professional and friendly. Room was clean, shower was good. We asked for space away from pool, and that request was accomodated.
Disliked: We booked a "suite" It was a room with a lot of floor space, which didn't really qualify in my mind as a "suite". From the photos online I anticipated some sort of separation between sleeping area and living area.
