Disliked: Rooms were horrible. My first room smelt like sewer. Then I was moved into a board room with a. Bed only in the room (they called it there hospitality suite) then for the final move into a regular room. I asked the front desk manager if there would be any compensation for the issues. She advised I was already given a complimentary breakfast when I checked in. I confirmed had not. She advised I did in fact receive one cause that’s what the staff commented on the profile. I told her again I had not. So she determined I would get one free breakfast for all my troubles. Noting I was supposed to get one two free breakfasts at check in.
