Disliked: Shower was very inept. You had to run the tap at the wash hand basin at the same time as the shower to get any hot water and it took ages to warm up. The bar is supposed to stay open until 11 pm but on one night it was shut at 10 and another night the barmaid was not going to serve us at 1030 until my wife said that she had an email confirming it should be open until 11. We have stayed here many times before and feel that the hotel has definitely lost some of its appeal.
